Envisages 100% growth in the next two years
Bangalore, India. 15th January 2007. Thomas Alexander has assumed the
Chairmanship of the Board of Directors of PK4 Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a
Bangalore-based software products and services company. Mr. Alexander's
involvement will help tremendously in expanding PK4's strategic client
relationships, particularly in the United States and Europe. He will also help
drive strategies for franchising zeroCode usage and driving specific sales
initiatives in the US.
Thomas Alexander is a serial entrepreneur, having founded and successfully built
half-a-dozen Silicon-Valley-style companies in Northern California. Tom’s recent
companies include Intransa (as CEO,) and LuxN (as president and co-founder, led
its acquisition by Sorrento Networks). Prior to founding LuxN, Mr. Alexander
headed the telecom/datacom investment portfolio in a Silicon Valley-based
venture capital firm and, previously, headed Sales and Marketing at Infotron
Systems, a successful data communications start-up. Mr. Alexander also served as
Entrepreneur-in-residence with US Venture Partners (USVP), one of the biggest
and best-known VC firms in the Valley, and has deep relationships with key
individuals in the technology community. He regularly advises new and existing
entrepreneurial ventures in the Silicon Valley.
Mr. Alexander is a Harvard Business School alumnus and also holds a Master of
Science (MS) from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from
Guindy Engineering College, Madras, India.
