To increase your understanding of zeroCode and help you to deal with commonly-faced issues and problems, we have put together a comprehensive list of questions that deal with a variety of topics from corporate to technical to database-related etc.

How Tos

The zeroCode How Tos are a beginner's Bible which essentially help you to get started with the tool. It helps you to independently go ahead and get familiar and started with the nuances of site creation, UDMs, dataports and action sequences.

Knowledge Base

Through the Knowledge Base, we provide you a multitude of tips on the utility of zeroCode. We give you an insight into different features of zeroCode and how best to use them in your application. The information we have put together about the zeroCode framework seeks to address issues that you may come across while using our product. This section also aims at making zeroCode more user-friendly.

Email, Chat and Phone Support

PK4 provides support from 9.00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. IST from Monday to Friday, excepting on National holidays. Email support is free and unlimited. In case of any clarfication, you can send us a mail at support@zerocode.com. In general, our support staff will endeavor to answer all e-mail questions within 48 hours of receipt during the regular business week.
