The simplicity of the zeroCode user interface disguises the power and flexibility of its architecture. The design environment makes it easy to create secure pages with complex data sources and navigation capabilities without writing code.

The zeroCode Design Environment (zDE) itself resides on the Internet, at a secure hosted facility or at your location on your Intranet. This is the “Site design time” where your designer does his work. The finished application, consisting of all the HTML pages, images, JavaScript support and JAR files, can then be downloaded to a customer-selected web server directly. The diagram below depicts the zeroCode architecture, distinguishing the design-time activities from the run-time activities.
